Departure Waiting Areas

Your Boarding Pass identifies your waiting area, departure gate and ultimate boarding time the waiting area is to be found on the way to your gate.

Mother and Child Centres

The Center are to be found on the ground level of civilian Terminal , in the public area of departure.

Lounge Services

Holders of business air tickets, bonus cards, non-transferable club cards, or Frequent Flyer Programme Cards issued by the allied airline companies can take advantage of preferential clearance as well as lounges with refreshments and the Internet.

Standard Handling

The currently running passenger check-ins can be viewed at the screens that also provide current flight overview. Check-in counters are located in Terminal. The counters are indicated by logos of the respective airline companies. Individual flight check-ins are, as a rule, open 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Passenger handling

provides Assistance Service for unescorted children, passengers with reduced mobility and persons requiring special attention from the moment of their check-in up to their boarding.

Checked in baggage

Economy class passengers are entitled on 20 kilos of baggage without payment! Business class passengers are entitled to 30 kilos! Nevertheless maximum weight per baggage can not be more than 32kg! Any exceeded weight limit is subject to charges set by individual airline companies. Transportation of any non-permitted objects in your checked-in luggage is prohibited. Pictographs of dangerous objects are displayed at every check-in counter.

Lost and found - Baggage

Based on a specific order, the handling company will collect the delayed baggage and deliver it to a designated destination.

Passport check

Passengers must present the passport at the check-in, immigration and at the boarding gate as well!
